👋 Meet Gianluca, a former professional triathlete who changed track to a career at the firm through the Military and Athletes Transition Program. Here are some of his favorite moments captured along the way. 📸 1. From a young age, my passion for sports fuelled a decade-long professional career. This photo captures the thrill of my debut Summer Games triathlon at Tokyo 2020. 2. Another career highlight was representing my home country, Italy, in a second consecutive Summer Games in the men's and mixed relay triathlons. 3. Wanting to try something new, my interest in finance led me to a networking event at JPMorganChase's London HQ, where I explored transitioning from athletics to a corporate banking career. 4. Captured on my first day at J.P. Morgan in February, I joined the Global Corporate Banking Mid-cap team, marking the start of my new professional journey. 5. With athletics still a huge part of my life, I joined the J.P. Morgan Run Club, coaching colleagues to prep for the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge. 6. Running in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Frankfurt was a perfect farewell to Germany, as I prepare for my new role in the London office starting this summer.

With encouragement from her Autism at Work program colleagues in London, Elisabeth was motivated to bring her authentic self to work and embrace her unique strengths.
